Shannon Salentine is the host of Field Notes from the Future, Founder and CEO of Lead for Good, and founding partner of Aurora Collective, a women-led collective of consultants and practitioners working at the intersection of systems change, environmental impact, and regenerative practice.
Shannon has spent years sitting across from women who are rethinking how they work, live, and lead, asking the questions that don't usually make it into a bio or a pitch deck. These are conversations where the goal isn't to arrive at an answer but to sit inside the moment before someone can fully articulate what's shifting in them.
Each episode in this season of Field Notes from the Future follows that same instinct. Shannon talks with women who reached a point where the old way stopped working, and asks them to walk back through it, what they felt before they had language for it, what it cost to change course, and what became possible once they did.
This is a show about discernment, tension, and what it looks like to change course in real time, hosted by someone who has spent her career helping other people do exactly that.
